Customer-Provided Photos
Copyright Ownership
When you upload photos to SJCooksey.com for the purpose of creating artwork, you confirm that you either own the copyright to the images or have obtained all necessary permissions from the copyright holder. By uploading, you grant SJCooksey a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display the images for any purpose related to creating and showcasing artwork, including but not limited to: creating sketch artwork, displaying it on our website, using it for promotional materials, and sharing it on social media. You also agree that SJCooksey can create derivative works from the submitted image.
We are not responsible for any copyright infringement caused by customer-provided photos.

By uploading, you give SJCooksey permission to use your photo for artwork creation and related marketing. You confirm you own the photo or have permission to share it.

Model Releases
If your uploaded photos feature recognizable individuals, you are responsible for obtaining and providing valid model releases from each person depicted. These releases grant SJCooksey permission to use their likeness in the artwork and related materials. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have all necessary permissions.
Image Usage
Customer-provided photos will be used for the creation of artwork, display on our website, and marketing purposes. We reserve the right to create derivative works based on the submitted images.
Artist's Copyright
All original artwork and photographs created by SJCooksey are protected by copyright. These works may be displayed on our website, used for prints, and utilized for other promotional purposes. Reproduction or unauthorized use of our copyrighted material is strictly prohibited.
Public Domain/Creative Commons Images
IF we use images from the public domain or Creative Commons, we will comply with the specific licensing terms. Links to relevant licenses will be provided when applicable. I pride myself on providing a true experience so ALL Photos on SJcooksey.com are taken by Simon James Cooksey.

Non-Return Policy
Thank you for your interest in and support of my artwork! Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
All sales of original artwork, prints, and ebooks are final. I do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged.
Damaged Items:
In the unfortunate event that your artwork or print arrives damaged, please follow these steps:
Notify me immediately upon receiving the damaged item, but no later than 48 hours after delivery.
Retain all original packaging, including the box, packing materials, and the damaged item itself.
Provide clear photographic evidence of the damage. This must include:
Photos of the damaged artwork or print, clearly showing the affected areas.
Photos of the damaged packaging, including any external damage to the box.
Photos of the internal packaging and how the item was packed.
Email the photographs and a detailed description of the damage to [Your Email Address].
Once I receive and review the photographic evidence, I will assess the damage and determine the appropriate course of action, which may include a replacement (if available) or a refund.
Please note:
This policy does not cover minor imperfections that are inherent in the creation process of handmade items.
Colors of artwork and prints may vary slightly depending on individual monitor settings. This is not considered a defect or damage.
By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Non-Return Policy.

Using the CONTACT Form upload a photo of your car along with its year, make, and model. Plus any other fun facts or details, as i love to include a personalized description card.

For the best sketch, please provide a high-resolution, clear photo of your car. Ensure it's well-lit and shows the angle you want. If you're in the LA Valley, I offer photography services.

Yes, you'll have the opportunity to review and approve a preview of your custom sketch commission before I start the final drawing. I typically create this preview within 3 days of receiving your reference photos. I'll send you photo updates along the way, and you're welcome to be as involved in the process as you'd like. Some clients prefer a surprise, while others like to be more hands-on. Once I've prepared the initial design based on your photos, I'll share it with you. You can then request revisions before I proceed with the final sketch.

Design Preview: You'll receive a preview of your design within 3 business days. Your approval is required before we proceed. Revisions may affect the overall timeline.
Sketching & Preparation: Once the design is approved, sketching and preparing your order for shipment takes 1-2 weeks.
Shipping (U.S.): Domestic U.S. delivery typically takes 5-8 business days after your sketch is ready. Please allow extra time during peak holiday seasons. Actual shipping times may vary depending on your location.
Total Estimated Delivery (U.S.): From order to delivery, please allow approximately 2-3 weeks. Usually its much sooner.

Lets discuss, i can for sure accommodate multiple cars, whether its one phots with three cars, or 3 photos , each with 1 car. my sketches are based of provided photos so i can create a montage of the photos provided. You may just need to email multiple images seoeratly.

Our SKETCHES are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Framed posters are wrapped in 1-inch bubble wrap and packaged tightly in cardboard box. Larger frames receive additional edge protectors to reduce damge from drops. Unframed prints are shipped in a sturdy black bubble wrapped envolpes to prevent folding and creasing.
